We completely get it, we change our minds too! While we wish could, once an order is placed, we are unable to alter or cancel it at this time. We hope to have a cancellation window one day in the future.
Should the item(s) not work out, make sure to exchange for a preferred style or return for a refund. As a reminder, domestic return shipping is free.

We deliver our frozen/raw goods to Ireland and Northern Ireland.
For everything else, we deliver to the UK and most of Europe. See our Delivery & Returns page to see the full list of countries that we ship to.

Republic of Ireland: €4.95 or Free Delivery on orders over €49.
Northern Ireland: €6.75 or Free Delivery on orders over €49.
United Kingdom: €8.95 or Free Delivery on orders over €80.

Typically, orders placed before 12.30 p.m. Monday to Thursday will be dispatched on the same day. DPD aims for next-day delivery.
Orders placed after 12.30pm on Thursday will be processed the following Monday.

DPD will send you a text or an email that will include your order tracking number. Paste your tracking number into the DPD tracking page to find the status of your order.

Items must be returned within 14 days of purchase. Items must be returned in the same condition in which they were received, original, resell-able condition, unopened and unused.

Can I send back temperature-controlled boxes for a refund?
Yes. When you have 6 temperature control boxes, we can take them back to reuse them, and offer you a refund! The boxes must be in reusable conditionin order for us to refund you, so please take care of them. Find more information on returning your temperature control boxes here.

What's the minimum amount of raw food I should order?
What's the minimum amount of raw food I should order?
We recommend ordering at least 5kg of raw food at one time. This helps the food maintain it's temperature during transit.
