When placing an order for raw dog food, there is a surcharge of €4.95 applied to your cart for the temperature-controlled box. This is an additional cost to delivery charges.
Preparing Your Boxes for Return
Preparing Your Boxes for Return
- Flatten each box by gently removing or cutting the sellotape from the the box, and collapsing the cardboard and inner foil liner.
- Ensure the foil liners are included in each box and kept within the cardboard box, not separate.
- Once you have 6 flattened boxes, place them in a black bag and securely wrap them together to ensure safe transportation.
Please Note:
- We can only accept boxes that are in reusable condition, and complete with their two corresponding foil liners.
- Please ensure there are a minimum of 6 boxes in your return parcel. Do not separate the boxes into multiple parcels, as this will result in additional charges.
Organising Collection
Organising Collection
When you have six or more temperature control boxes to return, arrange your collection through the An Post returns portal.
- We recommended booking the collection for a day when you are receiving a new order.
- Provide a minimum of 24 hours' notice for your collection, as it needs to be scheduled with the courier.
- By cooperating in returning the boxes, you are contributing to environmental sustainability by using reusable packaging.

Receiving Your Store Credit Refund
Receiving Your Store Credit Refund
Once we have received your returned boxes, we'll issue you a store credit refund of €4.50, for each complete, reusable box.
The surcharge of 0.45 cent covers service and handling fees.
Box Return Example
