When will my order be delivered?
When will my order be delivered?
We aim to dispatch most orders within 24 hours so they reach you quickly. Delivery is normally the day after dispatch (excluding Friday dispatches and orders outside Ireland & Northern Ireland).
Regular (Non-Raw) Orders
- Dispatched Monday–Friday.
- Order before 10am (Mon–Thu) → typically dispatched the same day, delivered the next day.
- Orders placed after 10am Thursday or before 12pm Friday → dispatched Friday, delivery Saturday or Monday, depending on courier.
- Orders placed after 12pm Friday or or over the weekend → typically delivered Tuesday.
Raw Food Orders
- Dispatched Monday–Thursday only.
- Order before 10am (Mon–Thu) → typically dispatched the same day, delivered the next day.
- Order after 10am Thursday or over the weekend → dispatched Monday, delivered Tuesday.
Orders Outside of Ireland & Northern Ireland
- Dispatched Monday-Friday
- Delivery can take 3-5 working days.
- Orders dispatched on a Friday may take longer.

When we print your orders for processing, you will receive an email with a link to the tracking system. You can also paste your tracking number into the DPD tracking page to find the status of your order. Â
- You will also receive a text and/or email from DPD on the day of your delivery, with an expected delivery time.

Please double-check your delivery address and postcode when placing an order. If an incorrect address is provided and the courier cannot deliver, Fetch Your Pet Needs and DPD cannot be held responsible for lost goods.
If your parcel has not yet been dispatched, please contact us at info@fetchyourpetneeds.ie as soon as possible and we will do our best to amend the address.
If your parcel has already been dispatched, we may in some cases be able to request a redirection or recall from the courier. This is not guaranteed and may result in additional charges, which are the customer’s responsibility.

Raw Food Delivery & Temperature Control Boxes

Can I send back temperature-controlled boxes for a refund?
Yes. When you have 6 temperature control boxes, we can take them back to reuse them, and offer you a refund of €4.50 per box! Find more information on returning your temperature control boxes here.
What is the minimum amount of raw food I should order?
What is the minimum amount of raw food I should order?
We recommend ordering at least 5kg of raw food at one time. This helps the food maintain it's temperature during transit.

Raw food orders dispatch Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday for delivery the following day.
Raw orders placed before 10am Mon - Thursday will dispatch the same day for delivery the next day. Orders placed after 10am will be dispatched the following day, for delivery the day after.
Orders placed after 10am on Thursday and onwards, will be dispatched the following Monday, for delivery on Tuesday.
We use temperature controlled boxes to ship all raw products. It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure they are home to accept a delivery of raw dog food.
