Refund policy
Cancellations & Returns
- You have 14 days from receiving your order to change your mind and cancel. You then have another 14 days to return the goods.
- Please ensure you include a note in your return with the order number and if you would like an exchange or refund.
- To return your item, you will need to send it back to us using your chosen courier or postal service to: Fetch Your Pet Needs, Bay Road Business Park, Bay Road, Mountmellick, Co. Laois, R32 FN26.
- Until the items reach us, you are responsible for them. For your protection, we strongly recommend using a tracked service and keeping proof of postage.
- If you are returning goods because they are faulty or not as described, we will reimburse the reasonable cost of return postage once we have received and inspected the items.
- Unless goods are faulty or not as described, return postage costs are your responsibility.
- Items should be returned in their original condition and with their original packaging and tags where possible. You are entitled to open and inspect goods as you would in a shop, but if items are used or damaged beyond this, we may make a reasonable deduction from your refund.
Refunds
Refunds will be issued within 14 days of us receiving the returned items, using your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
Standard delivery costs will be refunded. If you chose a premium delivery option, only the standard cost will be refunded.
Damages and Faulty Goods
- If your items arrive damaged, please email us straight away at info@fetchyourpetneeds.ie with photos so we can put things right quickly.
- If goods are faulty, damaged, or not as described, you are entitled to a replacement if available, or a refund.Â
Exceptions / Non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on:
- Gift cards.
- Hygiene items.
- Items returned without original packaging and tags may be subject to a deduction from your refund if their value is reduced.
- Items that show signs of use beyond inspection may not be eligible for a full refund.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, your exchange item can be sent.Â
