Raw Food Delivery Terms :
It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure the Shipping Address provided is correct, if you have any specific requirements such as ‘Please leave behind bins’ you need to ensure you enter this information at check out of your order. Although we will place this information on your parcel it is not a guaranteed that the driver will be able to do this as some drivers cannot leave the parcel without a signature or without getting confirmation from the customer by phone.
We recommend requesting your Delivery to be sent on a day you are off to minimize the possibilities of missing a delivery again you can request a specific delivery day in the ‘Customer Notes’ section at check out or you can email firstname.lastname@example.org. When your order has shipped you will receive an email stating your order is ‘Complete’ and you can expect to receive your order the following day.
If you are looking for an update on the tracking of your order or you are experiencing any issues with your Courier please email email@example.com
- The cost of return is at the cost of the customer.
- The item must be returned within 14 days from date of purchase.
- You must email firstname.lastname@example.org stating your reason for return, we will then contact you to organize the return/replacement of the items.
- If a product is found to be faulty or defective Fetch Your Pet Needs will cover the cost of the return
