It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure the Shipping Address provided is correct, if you have any specific requirements such as ‘Please leave behind bins’ you need to ensure you enter this information at check out of your order. Although we will place this information on your parcel it is not a guarantee that the driver will be able to do this as some drivers cannot leave the parcel without a signature or without getting confirmation from the customer by phone.
If you are not home when DPD attempt a delivery they will leave a Card in your letterbox to notify you that the item is available for collection in your DPD depot. It is the customers responsibility to ensure the parcel is collected the same day to ensure the Product does not defrost. We understand this can be difficult if you are working but due to the type of product being purchased there is no other way for this to be done.
We recommend requesting your Delivery to be sent on a day you are off to minimize the possibilities of missing a delivery again you can request a specific delivery day in the ‘Customer Notes’ section at check out or you can email firstname.lastname@example.org. When your order has shipped you will receive an email stating your order is ‘Complete’ and you can expect to receive your order the following day.
- The cost of return is at the cost of the customer.
- The item must be returned within 14 days from date of purchase.
- You must email email@example.com stating your reason for return, we will then contact you to organize the return/replacement of the items.
- If a product is found to be faulty or defective Fetch Your Pet Needs will cover the cost of the return
