Where do Fetch Your Pet Needs deliver to?
We deliver to all counties with Ireland and Northern Ireland. We do not deliver to countries outside of the island of Ireland at this time.
What courier do we use?
DPD deliver all our parcels throughout Ireland with the exception of some Laois deliveries. Areas within a 20km radius of our in shop in Mountmellick with be delivered by a member of staff in our branded Fetch van, you will see us coming and your doggy will sniff us out!
When will my order be delivered?
We aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours Monday to Thursday and all orders to be delivered to your address within 48 hours. Please note that some delays can occur and we appreciate your patience. Please note orders that dispatch on a Friday will not be delivered until the Monday.
When we have marked your order as ‘Completed’ you will receive an email with a link to the DPD tracking system. You will receive a text and/or email from DPD with an expected delivery time on the day of your delivery.

Delivery of Raw Dog Food
Raw Dog food orders dispatch Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday for delivery the following day. We use temperature controlled boxes to ship all raw products. You can find more information on these boxes here.

It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure they are home to accept a delivery of raw dog food.
What if I provide the wrong address or eircode?
If you make an error when entering your address or eircode, please email us at [email protected] as soon as possible so that we can amend this before dispatch.
If your parcel has dispatched before we are made aware of an address issue then the responsibility for this falls to the customer. In some cases we can retrieve the parcel and redirect it to the correct address but this will result in excess delivery charges. Fetch Your Pet Needs and DPD will not be held responsible for the loss of goods if the address and/or eircode has been incorrectly entered by the customer when the order is placed.

In the unlikely event that you are not happy with your purchase you can return your item
- The cost of return is at the cost of the customer.
- The item must be returned within 14 days from date of purchase. Please include a note in your return with the order number and if you would like an exchange or refund.
- You must email [email protected] stating your reason for return, we will then contact you to organize the return/replacement of the items.
- If a product is found to be faulty or defective Fetch Your Pet Needs will cover the cost of the return
