Bye bye polystyrene boxes…. Hello environmentally friendly, reusable and recyclable temperature controlled boxes!
We are delighted to announce we will only be using environmentally friendly packaging going forward for shipment of raw orders. These boxes have many benefits including :

- Reusable
- Minimizes damages
- Returnable
When you are placing an order of raw dog food at check out there will be a surcharge of €4.95 applied to your cart for the temperature controlled box. When you receive your order from DPD you can place the box and the inner liner somewhere safe in your house, where it will not get damaged. After you have gathered 6 boxes you can then contact us by email to info@fetchyourpetneeds.ie with the following information :
- Collection Address
- When it will be available for collection
- Contact Number
- State you have 6+ boxes available for collection
We will then make contact with DPD to book the collection of the boxes. It is your responsibility to ensure the boxes are placed in a black liner bag securely taped in a dry place. If you are not going to be home when DPD are collecting you need to state clearly the instructions as to where the driver will be able to find the boxes. Eg Behind the green bin.
If DPD attempt to collect and you are not home and have not left the boxes in a secure , dry place then we will have to charge you excess for this. If DPD arrive at an address to collect goods and they are not available for collection, we are still charged the collection fee.
When we have received the 6 boxes back to our depot we can then process a credit or refund,whichever you prefer to your account for these. There will be a credit/refund of €4.00 placed for each box. The surcharge of .95cent is due to Service and Handling fees.
We recommend ordering up to 15kg of raw products on your order to place into one box. If your order contains 15 to 20kg of raw goods we will refund your account the value of the goods that will not fit into the one temperature controlled box.
If your order weighs 25kg + we will charge your card a surcharge of €4.95 for up to 40kg and for orders then from 50kg to 60kg there will be a surcharge of a further €4.95 for the boxes needed to ship your order.
