Atlas & Tail CBD drops are a full spectrum hemp oil, derived from the flower and can help manage several health conditions, including cancer, pain and seizures. They are infused with either Organic Salmon Oil or Coconut Oil.
Salmon oil: One of the oils we use is salmon oil as the carrier for our CBD, with refined filtration. Salmon oil greatly improves the absorption of CBD and contains healthy omegas.
Coconut oil: Coconut oil is considered one of the best carriers for CBD. It improves the absorption of CBD and has a sweeter taste to mask the earthy punch of CBD.
What does CBD do for Dogs?
Cannabidiol(CBD) is the non-psychoactive extract of the cannabis plant. It is considered an effective treatment for a wide variety of conditions in both humans and dogs.
What does CBD do for Dogs?
CBD can reduce inflammation in the body, reduce pain and induce a state of calm without having any negative side effects. CBD interacts with the endocannabinoid system and works by binding to receptors in the brain and nervous system, in turn helping to manage your dog’s response to pain, anxiety, etc.

What Strength does my dog need?
Atlas and Tail have three different strengths of the highest quality hemp oil. When choosing which strength to purchase, your decision should be based on the severity of your dog’s symptoms.
The options available are 3%, 5% and 10%.
Example:
- 3% – Mild pain, mild anxiety, mild symptoms in general
- 5% – Moderate pain, moderate anxiety, moderate symptoms in general
- 10% – Severe pain, severe anxiety, cancer, epilepsy
Only you know how much pain your dog is in or how anxious they are. It is best for you to make the decision as to what strength your dog needs. For dogs with arthritis or epilepsy, we recommend opting for 10% strength.
Can I overdose my dog with CBD? Each bottle contains a dosage guideline to ensure you give the correct amount.
Each batch of CBD Oil is lab tested to ensure the correct levels of CBD are present. You can request the most recent lab results by contacting our customer service team.
Are there any psychoactive effects with CBD oil?
Tetrahydrocannabinol (THC) is the element that causes psychoactive effects. According to regulations hemp extract must contain less than 0.3% THC. If your dog’s CBD contains more than 0.3% THC, it’s probably marijuana and not hemp. It’s not legal and your dog won’t enjoy the psychoactive effects. Atlas and Tail CBD drops contain less than 0.2% THC ensuring its safe usage.
