DARF Wild Cold Pressed Dog Food?

Great dog food! My Charlie, Irish Red Setter, 22 months old, loves her. Before that, I fed him Orijen dry food. He likes the new food better! Highly recommend!!!

Dog not at all interested

My dog carefully picks out the DARF and leaves it around his dish. Even going so far as to lick any meat from it first. (I gave it with raw meat to introduce him to it)

DARF has been a gamechanger for our house - as a vegetarian pet handler, dealing with raw food was challenging. DARF gives the option for the goodness of raw but without the messiness! Dogs love it (tried lots of the flavour options), see improvement in their digestion, pups are thriving on it. Everyone's happy!

DARF’s Wild Cold Pressed Dog Food is a high-quality, minimally processed, dry food for dogs. 3.2kgs of fresh, raw meat is processed for each kilogram of this food, making it highly nutrient-dense and palatable, even to fussy eaters.

It retains more nutrients than most standard dry kibble, so it will help promote your dog’s wellness and give them all the essential nutrients and minerals they need.

What is cold-pressed dog food?

Cold pressed dog food differs from traditional dry dog food because of how the ingredients are processed. The ingredients in conventional dog food are extruded at high temperatures (around 120 degrees) and as a consequence, many nutrients are damaged or destroyed and don’t make it to your dog’s bowl.

In contrast, when food is Cold Pressed, the raw ingredients are processed gently and at much lower temperatures (around 80 degrees). As a result, the food retains more essential nutrients to support your dog’s health.

Another plus for cold pressed food is that it doesn’t expand in the dog’s stomach in the way that dry extruded food does – it simply dissolves when it enters the stomach. Because of this, cold pressed food is much less likely to cause bloat.
