Due to the current high temperatures, we need to delay the dispatch of raw and frozen food orders to help make sure they arrive safely.

Orders placed after 1pm on 07/07 will be dispatched on 13/07 for delivery on Tuesday, 14/07.

If your order is affected by delays, we will dispatch it as soon as we feel it is safe to do so. We completely understand delays are frustrating, but this decision is made to protect the quality and safety of your pet’s food.

Dry food, treats, supplements and other non-frozen items are not affected and will continue to be dispatched as normal.
