Their FURminator De-shedding Tools are available in various widths and edge depths tailored to fit pets of different sizes and fur lengths, ensuring there's a perfect match for every dog, cat and even horses and small animals too. The Undercoat De-shedder should only be used on shedding, double-coated breeds and should not be used on hair-bearing, non-shedding breeds.

The stainless-steel de-shedding edge safely and easily removes loose hair and undercoat, without damaging topcoat or cutting skin. The quick release FURejector button releases collected hair with ease, leaving your hand free to safely hold your pet.

The curved edge is designed to fit your pet's natural shape, while the Skin Guard edges prevents digging in, designed for your pet’s safety and comfort. Step 1 Undercoat deShedding can be performed at any time on a pet with a completely dry coat, but for best results it is recommended to be performed immediately after washing or drying.  FURminator® brand's extensive line of grooming products are designed to promote healthy skin and coats in pets, and significantly reduce the amount of hair that is being shed into the house with regular use.

Step 2 - Before using the undercoat deShedding tool, perform a complete physical inspection of your pet.  Look for sores, bruises and skin conditions, which you pet’s coat may conceal.  If your pet has any of these conditions, seek treatment from a veterinarian before brushing.  In addition, before using the undercoat deShedding tool, remove tangles or mats with FURminator® Fur Dematting Tool or Grooming Rake.

Step 3 - Use the undercoat deShedding tool much like a brush, gently stroking across the pet’s coat in the direction of hair growth, angling the stainless steel teeth towards the coat.  Start from your pet’s head and work your way back, using extra care near the stomach, legs, genitals, and anus.  Avoid making excessive strokes in a single area, instead using fewer long, gentle strokes up and away from your pet’s skin.  Although the Skinguard design prevents digging in at edges and helps the undercoat deShedding tool slide over skin, deep or rough brushing can still irritate pet skin, so avoid brushing with excessive pressure.  If you notice any redness or irritation discontinue use.

Step 4 = As undercoat hair is collected by your tool, excess hair can be removed from the teeth of the tool by pushing the FURejector® button.

Fabulous food

Fabulous food. My senior dog, who is fighting pancreatic cancer, can’t tolerate her normal cooked food but she’s doing really well on this. I normally feed either raw or cooked and I’m happy with the ingredients in this food to feed it to my dogs.

My two Frenchie love this and luck their bowls clean.I started giving them karnlea bone broth 3 weeks ago due to my male Frenchie, who is nine and a half having lost his coat 10 months ago. He has extremely dry skin and though we had tried everything, nothing worked. My vet suggested a spoonful of cod liver oil 3 months ago. The CLO, though it has improved his skin, only very slightly, there has been no regrowth. However, since I have began giving Karnlea, along with the CLO there has been a marked improvement with not only his skin, but also with some regrowth. He also suffers with pancreatitis and I have found it has improved his digestion immensely. It's early days yet but for he first time in months I now have faith that by Xmas my fur baby will have back the thick fluffy coat he once had.
