Expensive for a box and needs to be added manually .
They do take them but it would be an inconvenience to me to send back a bunch of empty boxes .

Was not a box, bones were wrapped badly in temperature control wrapping and blood leaking out, not great as I had to throw it away, so not worth the money

We’re so sorry to hear about your recent order and the poor condition it arrived in. That’s absolutely not the standard we expect, and we completely understand your disappointment—especially with the leaking packaging.

Your order was one of our smaller “special” orders, which means it should have been packed differently (with items individually wrapped) and the cost of the temperature-control box refunded. Unfortunately, this wasn’t handled correctly at the time, and we apologize sincerely for the oversight.

We’ll make sure a refund is issued for the box right away. Thank you for bringing this to our attention—it helps us improve our processes and ensure this doesn’t happen again.

The boxes are ok

Nothing wrong with the boxes. Keeps the dog food mostly fully frozen until delivery. However, the whole return scheme and having to pay this much for boxes for delivery is a bit annoying.

The temperature control box is great for raw food. However, some of the boxes I have received have seen better days and are just about fit for purpose. At €4.95 they are way too expensive for what they are.

This is my second purchase of this. My dog was diagnosed with high liver enzymes and was on medication for it. The medication became very expensive so I found this as a holistic alternative. My dog Harry is on it since last April and he is doing great on it.
