Huge Price Increase

I always order the 20kg which sat at €78.50 and it’s now €96.95 that’s an increase of €18.50 within 2/3 weeks of purchase. Never mind the additional €5 for the temperature control box. I am all for supporting irish businesses and understanding things might raise in price but an almost €20 jump was shocking to find out. It is a nice food to feed and the dogs enjoy it but just a little taking aback going to replace the order.

Thank you so much for your feedback and for continuing to support us — I completely understand your reaction. I was equally shocked to have to raise the price by this amount. Unfortunately, the shipping costs for these pallets have risen by almost 78%, and on top of that the product itself has increased in price twice over the past year. We absorbed the first increase ourselves, but the second left us with no choice but to adjust the price.

I absolutely agree that the jump feels steep, and had it been possible to stagger two smaller increases over time it may not have felt quite as harsh. Sadly, circumstances meant we had to implement this change in one go to continue offering the product going forward.

Excellent customer service, excellent product!

One of my dogs absolutely refuses to eat a certain chub, I reached out asking if there was any chance another flavour could be subbed for that particular one, there was absolutely no problem in doing so!
I'm hugely grateful, as is my dog ☺️
These mixed Darf boxes offer great value for money, especially for doggos on the larger size.
They also adored the venison chews, especially my greyhound who's a bit of a chew monster, one of the larger strips kept him occupied for 50min (although the others typically only lasted 20min)! Twice my other dog (husky/shepherd X) actually gave up on her treat and finished it the following day 😁.
