We make switching to raw as simple as 1, 2, 3 with the Raw Dog Food Starter Pack.

What is in the Raw Dog Food Starter Pack?

  • Chicken and Vegetable
  • Duck and Vegetable (It's best to choose this option if your dog has an intolerance to Chicken)
  • Boneless Beef and Vegetable

Which size pack should I order?

That really depends on the size of your dog. We recommend opting for the 500g/5kg box for dogs under 20kg, and for dogs over 20kg to choose the 1kg/10kg box.

What do I feed first?

Start with the options that contain bone so for the first 4 days feed Chicken and Vegetable or Duck and Vegetable (depending on which box you choose), then feed 2 days of Boneless Beef and Vegetable. From there you can alter each day. When you have completed the starter pack you can choose from our other Mixed Boxes with various protein options.

Transitioning to Raw:

There is no strict exact way to switch to raw, just like humans, every dog is different. We have helped many pet owners change their dog's diet to raw food and here is what we have learned over the years.

Sensitive Dogs - If your dog has recurring stomach upset then we recommend transitioning slowly. The best way to do this is to slowly introduce raw food into their diet each day, as you increase the raw quantity, decrease the dry quantity.

No issue Dogs - If you have not seen any issues with your dog's digestive tract, they have stomachs of steel then you can fire ahead and do a straight switch if you like. 95% of our clients have done a straight switch with no issues.

Switching from dry to raw can be very similar to switching from different brands of dry food. The raw dog food diet is not scary, it is fantastic!

These are amazing long lasting treats

These are amazing long lasting treats. They do not smell like the pizzles or beef tendons so they are great for giving in the house.

My dogs are usually raw red but I like to have

My dogs are usually raw red but I like to have some dry food as a back up or for when I’m travelling etc. One day I forgot to defrost their raw so I fed them the arquivet (they never ate it before) I said whatever will happen will happen they have to eat something. Their stomachs/ stool were perfect same as always. Even my dog that used to suffer with pancreatitis (very sensitive) got on great with it. I recently finished the whole big bag and am very happy with this food but won’t be feeding it as I’m looking for a higher quality food with dehydrated ingredients instead of fresh. But overall my dogs did well on this food.

I've been giving this to my cavalier for over a year now. He's got chari malformation and SM and takes pain medication daily for this.
