Raw food delivered

We ordered raw food from Fetch 4 times and the first 2 times everything was perfect the last 2 times it was thawed when it got to us. I rang and complained and was told it was frozen when it left Fetch the day before. Now we've been ordering food from different shops in ireland for six months and never had this problem, like we only live in Galway. So Nikita told me they would not deliver food to us anymore and would refund the money, but I still haven't received the refund.
