Nikita has built strong relationships with vets and pet experts throughout Ireland. work closely with our connections to ensure we give the best advice that your dog deserves.

When we have received your order we will email you a form that has to be completed before the consult. Please send this form back to us fully completed by email and we will contact you to book the consult at a time that is suitable for you.
T&C’s:
Consults are 30 minute phone calls or instore meeting.Whichever you choose. We will send an email at the end of the call summarizing the recommendations.
We also offer follow up emails thereafer with any questions and updates that you may have.
If a further consult is needed for complex/chronic conditions there may be a further charge for this.
If we feel that we cannot advise you to the best of our ability after receiving your completed form, we will issue a refund for the consult and re-direct you within our network of connections.

I haven’t had my consult. I asked for the person who was emailing me to text me a time that would suit and never heard back. Money back please? Or just get back to me?
