Delivery Information

If you place your order before 12:00pm Monday to Thursday, we will aim to have it with you the following day.
In the unlikely event of an item being out of stock we will contact you immediately to inform you and inform you when it will be next available or refund you should you not be happy to wait.
Deliveries will be conducted by a member of staff in County Laois and  DPD couriers Nationwide outside of Laois.
Please ensure you give an appropriate address to ensure a smooth delivery, if you work Monday to Friday it might be best to give your work address to ensure you receive your items on time.
Orders over the value of €49.00 automatically receives Free Delivery throughout Ireland. Orders under €49.00 are subject to a delivery charge of €6.50 .

Raw Food Delivery Terms :

It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure the Shipping Address provided is correct, if you have any specific requirements such as ‘Please leave behind bins’ you need to ensure you enter this information at check out of your order. Although we will place this information on your parcel it is not a guaranteed that the driver will be able to do this as some drivers cannot leave the parcel without a signature or without getting confirmation from the customer by phone. We recommend requesting your Delivery to be sent on a day you are off to minimize the possibilities of missing a delivery again you can request a specific delivery day in the ‘Customer Notes’ section at check out or you can email [email protected]. When your order has shipped you will receive an email stating your order is ‘Complete’ and you can expect to receive your order the following day.
